Bilingual Experienced Insurance Producer

Philip Watson Insurance and Financial Services, Inc.

We are looking for an experienced insurance producer who is fluent in English and Spanish and knows how to sell, close, and create results.

This is an in-office position. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands the insurance business and can step in and produce.

State Farm experience and familiarity with State Farm systems and processes are strongly preferred.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced insurance producer with a proven track record of sales production.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Licensed P&C and Life & Health or able to satisfy all licensing requirements.

  • Strong competitive drive. You are motivated by goals, pursue opportunities, ask for the business, and stay persistent through the sales process.

  • Reliable. You show up, follow through, manage your pipeline, and do what you say you are going to do.

  • Self-motivated. You do not need someone constantly checking on you to make sure the work gets done.

  • Urgent and action-oriented. When there is an opportunity, you act on it.

  • Confident communicator who can uncover needs, explain coverage, make recommendations, overcome objections, and close business.

  • Customer-focused while still understanding that this is a sales position and results matter.

  • Comfortable with accountability. We track production, activity, and results, and we expect you to own your numbers.

  • State Farm experience preferred. Experience with State Farm systems, products, processes, and sales expectations is a significant advantage.

What You’ll Do

  • Sell personal lines insurance and financial service products to new and existing customers.

  • Work with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers.

  • Work inbound and outbound opportunities and actively develop new business.

  • Follow up consistently and manage your pipeline through the sales process.

  • Identify additional customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage and products.

  • Conduct needs-based conversations and confidently present solutions.

  • Ask for the business and close sales.

  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in agency and State Farm systems.

  • Consistently work toward individual and agency production goals.

  • Provide a high level of customer service while maintaining strong sales discipline.

Compensation

$60,000 annual base salary

Plus bonus and commission opportunities that are typically expected to range from $2,000–$3,000 per month, with actual earnings varying based on production and performance.

This position is designed for a proven producer. Top performers who consistently produce have meaningful earning potential beyond the base salary.

Benefits

  • Simple IRA with employer match

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Paid holidays

  • Professional development and licensing support

The Person Who Will Succeed Here

We are not looking for someone who simply wants a job.

We want someone who wants to win.

You should be comfortable with goals, competition, accountability, follow-up, rejection, and asking customers to make decisions.

You should also be someone we can count on. Reliability matters just as much as production.

If you have insurance sales experience, know how to produce, speak both English and Spanish, and are looking for an opportunity where your results directly impact your income, this may be a good fit.
